Hi Korij, just dropping by to say hello. We miss you at Zoom. I love the photo of your kids; they are so cute! I went to the medical aid unit this morning; I'm tired of being sick! So hopefully I'll be feeling better soon with some antibiotics. Whatever this flu is, it's a nasty strain.
Tomorrow I start my new WAH job, so I hope it goes well. My brother-in-law has a minivan he wants to sell, and I'm hoping to sell my car and get the van. Even with just two kids my little car feels claustrophobic. The van would be nice because I could carpool to places I don't want to go myself, because of the gas prices; and I could take my siblings to places and help my mom out a bit that way.
Anyway, I'm keeping you in my thoughts. Take care!

I think Irving is a genius. My sister recommended the book years ago (I'd read Garp and a couple of others) but I just couldn't get past the first chapter for the longest time. I mean... three years or more. Then one day I picked it up and couldn't put it down again. I thought "Simon Birch" was one of the worst movies, though... such a really bad adaptation.

I once knew a dog named Owen, named for the book as well! (I was a vet tech for many years.) Aside from my sister, that was the only person I'd ever known who read the book, till you. I'm sure your Owen is a blessing!
